Plentiful physical activities

Physical activities in recreational room

The authorial curriculum provides for an increased amount of physical activities every day. Morning start-up takes place daily at each group's room, before didactic classes. Short physical exercises take place also during educational and language learning classes. During practice, children use small sports equipment, and all this is accompanied by music.

Regularly conducted sports activities with elements of sensory integration are aiming at hand-eye coordination development and strengthening the back and shoulder muscles, through a variety of physical exercises. We are also working on stimulating and perfecting the toss and catch reactions with the help of balls of diverse sizes and textures. In the recreational room, kids use sports equipment that is specifically selected to the needs of chosen activities. Classes are conducted by a sensory integration therapist - Mrs. Marta.

Outdoor activities and fun

There is a public park next to the Kindergarten, available to the children. The park area is fenced and taken care of by the Parks Department Administration. There also is a separate space for our pre-schoolers on the terrain of the park, where didactical activities, picnics, and sports competitions take place.
